She has to list everything she has done to give her back ground to the jury other wise they won't know why she is being listed as a expert witness for the DT.... she's not just blowing hot smoke or puffy up her own ego...
She is not going to enjoy having her expert opinions challenged by Mr. Brauchler. She seems quite full of herself, even a bit arrogant about her background. Will be interested to hear her responses when her opinions are contrasted with e expert opinions of the two court-appointed psychiatrists.
It sounds like she was encouraged to pursue psychiatry and psychology because she was told she had a talent in it. That's like a person studying law but not bothering to take the bar exam yet have opinions about law.
@anica,,, because this prompt so many comments in the chat ,,,,maybe a poll of the room,,,,If you were on the Jury would it make a difference to you if a doctor was board certified or not, when giving testimony as an Expert.
Hmmmm, she almost seems to say she is personally responsible for the medical community "finally" taking schizophrenia seriously.....I don't think so, and Mr. Brauchler may want to explore that with her.
