Aurora movie theater shooting day 54: Prosecution hopes to move to next sentencing phase

Day 54 in the Aurora movie theater shooting trial – People vs. James Eagan Holmes. Today, prosecutors hope to move on to the second phase of the sentencing hearing. If I was his mother, I would get up there and tell the jury that it's all my fault, I did not bond with my child while in womb or after birth, it's all my fault, please believe me. That's what I would say if I was his mother.

Of course he should have defenders, they just shouldnt prevail. But with these witnesses i dont think they will - some of it is downright cringe-worthy.

Edy, I just looked it up top 5% of the human population Genius is the use, not a standard of evaluation of intelligence. Both his parents are very highly intelligent as well. His intelligence is called Superior, it is way above average nearing 130. Why hate on his intelligence? Have you ever met people with this level of ;intelligence-----very rare and you know it when you meet them.

IQ of 123 is in the 8th percentile. And the "drop" to 117 ( I believe that was the number) is not a significant change.

after being in jail his i.q. dropped and it might have been the event. Don't know about CU, but some schools have clusters of superior and better intelligence. It was 128---go back and look. Dropped to 123.
