Prosecution calls Nathan Juranek.
Nathan Juranek was 18 years old when he attended the movie with friend Leioka Lucero, his sister and two of his sister's friends, Charlie and Brent Butterworth.

Nathan Juranek said the theater was very crowded and his group moved around to find seats. They sat in the 5th row from the top, then his sister and her friends moved to the front of the stadium seating near the guard rail.

"She got out first and as soon as I got out I got hit in the leg."
