Jansen Young: "I convinced myself again it must be a joke. I heard a gurgling sound... like a zombie."
Jansen Young said she heard Jonathan Blunk take three gurgling breaths and then nothing from him again.

Jansen Young exited the theater and hid by the trash bin behind the building. She saw a "strange man" standing beside a car.
Prosecution wants to play 22 hours of videotaped interviews between the gunman and Dr. Reed.
Prosecution argues that the 22 hours of interviews are not continuous - they are segments taped over several days. Prosecution says it would like to break up the video according to the court's schedule.

Legal expert Rick Kornfeld discusses the balance between objecting to witness testimony and appearing insensitive to the jurors. "Just because you can object, doesn't mean you should... on the other hand, if you think something is objectionable, you should," Mr. Kornfeld said.
