Dr. Fenton first spoke to Dr. FeinStein about the gunman on April 23, during a regular monthly meeting.
Dr. FeinStein met with Dr. Fenton and the gunman on May 31. Dr. FeinStein led the session.
Dr. FeinStein says he was asked to look at 6 issues: Differential diagnosis, efficacy of medications, therapeutic alliance with Fenton, the gunman's homicidal ideation, the possible need for involuntary commitment and to work out a future treatment plan.
Judge Samour dismisses jurors for 10 minutes to have a discussion with the lawyers about admitting medical records. Dr. Fenton's records include things Dr. Feinstein said. There was no objection.
