Aurora movie theater shooting trial day 35: Survivor Ashley Moser to testify

Prosecutors have said they will call survivor Ashley Moser to testify on day 35 of the theater shooting trial - People vs. James Eagan Holmes. During the course of the trial, prosecutors will argue that Holmes, the admitted gunman, was sane when he went into the midnight premiere of the Dark Knight Rises in an Aurora, Colo., movie theater and opened fire on the audience, killing 12 and wounding 70. The length of a trial like this one has nothing to do with providing "justice" for a defendant. The laws governing trials is written by LAWYERS. They use "justice" to generate laws aimed at prolonging trials as much as possible to maximize the costs OR, if you will, the income for lawyers.

Judge: "I agree with Mr. Orman." Judge Samour says the evidence suggests the gunman acted with intent and after deliberation. The prosecution does not have to prove he had a specific target.
