Day 41 in the Aurora movie theater shooting trial – People vs. James Eagan Holmes. Today, the defense is expected to call more doctors who treated the gunman. During the course of the trial, prosecutors will argue that Holmes, the admitted gunman, was sane when he went into the midnight premiere of the Dark Knight Rises in an Aurora, Colorado, movie theater and opened fire on the audience, killing 12 and wounding 70. So, what is this supposed to prove? That by attempting to un-do his restraints, he's crazy? Would anyone who was just arrested for killing 12 people try to un-do their restraints? The more I see of this trial, I just think - "what a waste of the taxpayers' money and time".
Yes this the one after his arrest you can hear the police radio calls in the back ground and there are chairs and a clock in the room with the table...
These detectives or jail help just decided to put on the paper bags... after he just spent 20 minutes swiping the table, tearing up his shirt, and playing with his chair, etc.?
