I hope he has really hairy arms.....like Robin Williams had....I hope it hurt like Charles Dickens when they took the tape off, and I hope they ripped them off.
This is nothing compared to Jodie Arias..she went through the garbage can, tried to unscrew the plug in, un plugged the fax machine , started talking to herself , sang a song and then did a head stand..
I think he is making noise in sync with the music he is playing in his head. This is the music that played in his ears while he mass murdered 12 and wounded over 72+ people.
@anica Padilla it's only low quality to the viewers. Not the courtroom. It's a shame they didn't allow more cameras in the court room so you can see different angles.
You'd think with all the money we spend on law enforcement in this country the very least they could do is have razor sharp video images available...sheeeshhhhh
One by one, I see reasonable people drop off this forum…people who are paying attention, giving the process its due…people trying to understand and make sense of this...and then there are the rest. The sarcastics and the psychics.
The DT wants the jury to hear him say the bags on his hands were for popcorn. I think King May have mentioned that in his opening statement, but not sure.
someone asked earlier what the legal definition of insanity is in Colorado. I did a Google search the other day and found this site. It's from 2013, but talks about the case and provides the definition: www.psychlawjournal.com
I have this on mute until this footage is over. I'm guessing this will continue tomorrow. A person playing with bags wrapped on their arms like they are puppets doesn't make one insane, it's just to kill the time until he's moved to his cell or wherever he gets taken next. He's just bored in there.
Sorry, my link didn't come through completely last time. Definition of insanity in Colorado. If the full url doesn't come through again, I'm sure someone at 7 news will be able to provide that info. www.psychlawjournal.com
Survivors were in hospitals screaming in pain while he's making techno music out of the bags. It could be construed as his way of blocking out what he did too.
