@mom - Dr. Phillip Resnick
Brauchler question's Dr. Gur about quote from report during her first few visits - "He was very isolated and incapacitated, lying in bed, unable to move."
Brauchler: "What is the evidence that he was 'incapacitated, unable to move?'"
Dr. Gur: "The number of hours that he was spending in bed... was higher relative to what it was before."
"He reported feeling incapacitated... by his inner turmoil, experiences."

@Goliath - I think if the jury can't agree on the DP then he gets LWOP, but we will ask our legal expert.
Dr. Gur says this section of her 2013 report was specifically focused on her direct interviews with the gunman - but her full report included 100,000 pages of additional documentation, as well as the 22-hour interview with Dr. William Reid.

Brauchler asks Dr. Gur: You had his emails, texts, G chats, the notebook - but never saw the phrase "call for action"?
Brauchler: "Is it possible this phrase has special significance to you... and found its way into your report?"
Dr. Gur: "Unlikely."

"Call For Action" is part of the title of a chapter in a book Dr. Gur wrote.
"Totally different!" Gur said.
