Juror 155 went to a doctor appointment at CU Anschutz but said he did not seek out any information about the case.
Defense objects to video evidence and jail records - Judge Samour agrees to discuss it during the lunch hour.
The jury is now present in court.

Prosecution calls witness Pierce O'Farrill, who attended the movie with friend Carey Rottman.
"It felt like it blew my toes off and I curled up in the fetal position. Then Carey told me he'd been shot," O'Farrill said.
"The bullet entered my arm. Shattered my humerus in half... I still carry that bullet today," O'Farrill said.
"He seemed very methodical," O'Farrill said about gunman.
"I believed I had been shot in the back because the pain radiated through the left side of my body," O'Farrill testified.
O'Farrill says he was shot in the arm and both feet.
