Aurora theater shooting trial day 31: Judge could decide whether to dismiss a juror whose relative was shot

Day 31 in the Aurora movie theater shooting trial – People vs. James Eagan Holmes. Today, the judge could decide to dismiss a juror whose relative was shot last week. During the course of the trial, prosecutors will argue that Holmes, the admitted gunman, was sane when he went into the midnight premiere of the Dark Knight Rises in an Aurora, Colo., movie theater and opened fire on the audience, killing 12 and wounding 70. Don't understand why they are getting so sticky today. Its not like its been a whole lot different than from previous testimony. I mean, he DID by the scope, right? And does this lay foundation for that video to come back in or was it just comments about the video that are stricken from the record?
