Movie theater shooting trial day 12: Testimony about evidence found in trash will resume

When testimony begins Wednesday morning in the trial of James Holmes, a former FBI agent will return to the stand to discuss the evidence collected from trash outside the apartment building at 1690 Paris St.

I'm sure the stress of testifying is making his stutter worse. My cousin stuttered and it would get worse when He was nervous.

@Nhunter....of course they don't need it. That doesn't mean that people don't give it. I am simply saying that this was a smart decision on the part of Prosecution, because they have to realize that even the jury can't help but feel for this man.

I am so sorry to ask this question but does the court reporter have to dictate his stutter? (please don't think I am being insensitive towards Gage, I am just curious. Being a mother of a disabled child I see different perspectives of things)

O.K. Now I am confused. I thought all the shooting went from the bottom, screen-right, to the top, screen left. This indicates shooting from screen left towards screen right.

From the door and up diagonally. That would have put bullets in theater 10 apparently, not 8. For 8 he had to be down on the opposite side of the door. I guess I have been getting my directions crossed.

Zborowski says he was an investigator with the Sheriff's Office at the time of the shooting. He was involved in search of the dumpster. Says it was his idea.
