His plan was to cause as much chaos and destruction as possible so I think he just started randomly shooting. There was no rhyme or reason as to where he started...he just shot!

CSI evidence is a necessary (interesting to a court watcher), but the real issue is JH mental illness. I am so much more focus on the testimonies from the professors and students.

I enjoy the professors testimony because they testify to his mental state within a month before the shooting. He seemed to be an average student, nothing unusual in his behavior that they have seen in other Science program students.

Another thought. He sat in the very first seat, front row nearest the exit door so don't think he was seeing the people entering, which was intentional, to disconnect himself so he would focus on his mission.

@docJ Either they bounced out of the mags, But I would lean twd numerous jams, and he was able to clear each one, Till it Hopelessly jammed above his quick pulling of the slide to eject the jam. One round going side ways and smashed and jammed would take a Military guy aboy 15 to 30 seconds to clear. I doubt he had that skill level.

The Prosecutions case? Yes, they've got all the evidence, witness statements etc but I'm waiting for the expert's psychiatric opinions. And I think it's a little bit worrying that some of the comments from professors seem to be (with regard to the exam he took) that he was either 'having a bad day' or 'wasn't bothered'. Hmmmmmmm! Nothing else that might have been going on?

I think the prosecution should also ask about weight loss or weight gain. When
a person mentally deteriorates -- or just simple anxiety -- weight is critical.
