@David the only video of the theater was shown to the jury but NOT the public and will not be released as the dead had not been cleared and the Judge ruled it too graphic.

Something doesn't add up. If he was diagnosed as having oppositional defiance disorder in middle school, that indicates a long history of not behaving or getting along with his parents. You don't get that diagnosis (even if it is wrong) unless there is a long standing problem since infancy. Plus, it doesn't ring true that they were such a close loving family, but the parents (who are well off financially) only visit him in prison twice In three years and do not get him legal help but make him use public defenders. That just doesn't seem like the behavior of a close loving family with a seriously ill son.

@Dave they have showed surveillance video of JH walking around the theater already, don't think they will ever show the video taken after the killings to the public... Unless I missed something along the lines

Higgs did not make a comment about fair and impartial jury. She was stating grounds (ie his Constitutional rights, etc) and she stated the one about fair and impartial jury then retracted it because it didn't have to do with laying her foundation. She was not saying anything in regards to this jury.

Sophia, agree about long standing issues. He was put in therapy for backhanding his sister. But I thoughts that there were some limits about how often they could visit him in jail. Not sure.

@Tammy: his sisters testimony was heart wrenching. She said she loved her brother and thinks he loves her. Nelson was a mess, crying, and JH cried a little. First show of emotion by JH.
