This is starting to make JH look 'privileged' more than 'human'. I'm guessing there are hundreds of defense lawyers following this case, saying to themselves: Man, I could do much, much better than this defense team.

PT is graciously letting DT present their mitigating defense. Too bad the DT didn't show the same respect for the victims- especially objecting on testimony points that had been overruled multiple times. In my mind makes the defense look bad as they continue to layer on photo after photo after photo.

@Victoria- I am not a lawyer and maybe Phil/Anica can ask this of the legal expert, but I would assume the attorney's have had this evidence and been preparing for this testimony for a long time... Probably before the trial even started

I have missed some of Mr. Holmes testimony but from what I have caught up on, it seem that it has just been explaining photos of the family. Am I correct? or have they questioned him about the day of the shooting yet?
