Judge does have an issue with three slides about "look how smart I am" and similar statements, but those are not quotes and are the prosecution's interpretation. Judge says inferences are fair but the slides appear to be quotes and so the slides are not fair
DA asks to change slides to "Look how smart he is" and so on. Judge says that would be different
