I truly think it doesn't really matter how it's worded. The jury is able to say LWOP or DP. Why does Nelson make it more than it has to be.

@Sarah - agreed. @7 was not the first live feed I had started watching back in April (sorry!) but I found my way here and never went back to the others. I think watching something this tough, it was nice to have someone there to talk about what we just heard, to answer questions, to ask legal analysts. Just better coverage all together.

We Coloradans can get a great defense, if and when needed, as proven by this team.

with a dp in place there is never a chance for all the love in the world---just your conditional kind, not necessarily the love of the world, hence how the jury was chosen--they did not have to consider how others might love, even their monsters. it is all a context of state laws, has been this way with colonization and Indians, slaves and slaveowners, minorities and civil rights, etc. Here it is your state love and universal love Lot of crying, no healing, here

@tjq: I don't think it can be a hung jury. It only takes one person to vote against the DP, and he LWOP.
