Day 62 in the Aurora movie theater shooting trial – People vs. James Eagan Holmes. Today, prosecutors will call approximately nine more family members of the victims who were killed.

Dr Gur would explain the swiveling as being driven by his enlarging butt muscles, proved by the increased size shown on the FMRI and caused by being genetically loaded for big butt muscles. Missed during his physicals growing up. Not his fault, poor young man.

She is making a record of her objections. This is her time to do it. She does not make a record then she is failing in her defense. I find it annoying to make fun of that. And that comes from an attorney and someone who thinks JH should get death.
