Jackson says her other son "Went through a time that he drank more than he should've. But then, once a certain amount of time went by probably a year or so, he had a whole new outlook and is now focused on keeping his brother's memory alive"

Matt's step brother David moved to NJ after the shooting. "He just misses him every day and whenever we're together, he talks about Matt and how he misses him and wishes he was here."
Jackson says her husband now sometimes gets more angry than he used to. "I believe that part of that was because he doesn't have Matt"

On July 19, around 8:30p mt, she called her son to let him know that he could live at home when he moved back to Ohio. But he'd said he was going to live with Samantha's parents because they were closer to his work. He also told her about going to the movie
