Day 62 in the Aurora movie theater shooting trial – People vs. James Eagan Holmes. Today, prosecutors will call approximately nine more family members of the victims who were killed.

Just a thought...JH seems to be somewhat entertained by the pics of the victims. Wish they could be blocked from his vision. But, I forgot...it is all about him. Bah.

I wouldn't mind observing GB on other cases. During this trial, at least he has been an amazing attorney. Personality wise, the way he approaches various witnesses....

@kate-I think Phil might have meant "absolutely not". He's multitasking & dojng a zillion things...so typos are 10000% understandable. But jurors couldn't be excused at this pojnt unless it was an emergency and judge approved it/decided it-but they can't excuse themselves.

These victims were exceptional people..giving of thier time and considerate of others...looking a tthe positives here...we could all learn from them. They were beyond their years in maturity. Amazing.

I get so angry thinking that little Jimmy doesn't care what his sentence is because he already got what he wanted: solitude, fame, attention from women (!!), and his added 'points'. That's why I want Brauchler to do something that makes him believe those 'points' are being taken away from him. Every single person he killed had more value than he could ever hope to have, that's why he killed them from anger and hate.
