Theater shooting trial day 11: Fingerprint expert may testify about work inside Theater 9

On the 11th day of the Aurora movie theater shooting trial, we may hear from a fingerprint expert who worked to identify the victims inside the theater. A prosecuting attorney indicated Monday that testimony was likely coming soon.

He thinks the shooter shot straight up because he was so close to the screen, literally the second row that when the shooter appeared, the gun was pointed up.

I'm sorry, who wears SHORTS and a T-shirt testify in court? Or jeans? I'm a bit confused by some of the attire in a court of law by some of the witnesses. That's my minor rant.

I believe Corbin Dates is # 143 and 144 on the attempted murder victims list. If I remember correctly, they say he was shot in the arm. However, now he testified that he only has the burn on his leg.
