@Joey: 1st half of the day was the CSI. 2nd half was 3 survivors, a Google rep who prepared some evidence
Fragment found at row 8 seat 13. Also found ticket stubs
Next set of items, also from theater 8
Fragments found in hallway and crawl space
@NT8: Same movie. Several theaters were showing it that night
For those of you keeping score, we're up to 12 impact points in theater 8 so far
Chunk of removed wall shown to the jury
Wall items from theater 8 have "perforating holes"
@klincos: Actually, the ticket he finally printed was NOT for theater 9... it was for theater 8... he just walked into 9. (That is based on the preliminary hearing testimony)
No more questions from the prosecution. No cross.

Pearson "After three days, no further questions"
Jury questions being discussed now at the bench
@Valm46: They do have the fragments, but even if they don't confirm which weapon fired all of them, they needed to present this from both theaters because people in both theaters were wounded. Also to lay foundation for any trajectory testimony that may follow later.
Pettolina: Defines difference of projectile and fragment that projectile includes the tip of the bullet shape
Pettolina excused for now, defense asks her to remain under subpoena
Pearson asks to publish the evidence items to the jury.
