Orman "All of us knew that the jury was deliberating on that. if the defense was concerned about the Tsarnev verdict... they could have asked the court... you should avoid coverage on that too, but they didnt."
Orman "They have not cited to the court any case where a verdict in another matter, completely unrelated matter... would somehow have relevance in this case"
Samour asks Orman if there is any harm. He responds "I don't see how it has any logical connection"
Samour "By asking this, I'm drawing their attention to it even more. Are you aware of that?"
Samour decides to ask the question over Orman's objection, out of an abundance of caution, but doesn't believe that this can affect this case.
