Prior to the start of the 15th day of the theater shooting trial, Judge Carlos Samour may rule on the admissibility of surveillance video from the University of Colorado Hospital ambulance bay. Then, prosecutors will continue to present testimony and evidence in their case against James Holmes.

I think with the size of the witness list and the need for 24 jurors and the likelihood that all of these people live in the same county, this is bound to happen.

The chance that every juror will be acquainted with someone on the witness stand is very high. The main question will be to what degree. DT not objecting, as they can use all of this as reason for mistrial or appeal.

I love having the tagline on the trial what they are doing. I'm projecting it on my TV and running around and when I come back and nothing seems to be going on, it says jury is handling the evidence. Nice Job Channel 7!

@Saira I think they may allow the jurors to stay until over 12 have said the know someone - then say it is getting out of hand, this why we wanted the trial moved, etc., then move to mistrial. My gut says they are waiting for the right moment to pull something.
