Theater shooting trial day 15: Autopsy evidence

Prior to the start of the 15th day of the theater shooting trial, Judge Carlos Samour may rule on the admissibility of surveillance video from the University of Colorado Hospital ambulance bay. Then, prosecutors will continue to present testimony and evidence in their case against James Holmes.

Wait, so fromt he few comments I've read, the Defense Team does not want any testimony heard about Veronica?? Did the judge overrule this or sustain it??

If anybody care, after years around defense lawyers, they could care less if you're guilty or not. They just look for loopholes to get them off so they can make money. They are heartless & ruthless. I think we all know that the largest % of defendants ARE guilty!

@ FMM don't see why age would play a factor in withholding anything. I bet they are saving that for later with the coroner who dealt with her so they can go into detail of the results

Phil...I don't know if you know...but will they even have the coroner who did the autopsy on Veronica? Can they show photos like that? With the way the DT has objected to the more gruesome evidence I can't think that they would allow it....

@Doc I was supposed to be there that night with some friends who were supposed to be in that theatre but a friend showed up late and we're not big on sitting in front so they went to theatre 8. I am sorry that Jill had to go through that.
