Theater shooting trial day 15: Autopsy evidence

Prior to the start of the 15th day of the theater shooting trial, Judge Carlos Samour may rule on the admissibility of surveillance video from the University of Colorado Hospital ambulance bay. Then, prosecutors will continue to present testimony and evidence in their case against James Holmes.

i think it's ridiculous. there must be some grounds though, the objections are sustained. i just can't agree more with judge samour, he has the right to a fair trial, but not a sanitized trial. that little girl had her whole life taken from her and her family.

No one of Us truly want to hear the gory details about the murder of the 9 yr old but we DO want the Jury to hear it. It doesn't seem fair He can take her young life and then sanitize his actions in court.

Another 15 items from these 6 autopsies. Both included 1 victim (Cowden and Sullivan) who died of wounds but did not have bullets or shrapnel still within them

A thought. The victims families allowed the autopsies in order to document evidence against the shooter. Sad they had to lose a loved one but to also be denied a "proper burial" of the remains.

Micayla's friend, who are all also friends with my daughter, who wasn't there that night. He had so much blood on him that APD rushed him to ER thinking he had been shot.
