Theater shooting trial day 21: More sanity examination video to be shown

Jurors can expect to see more video and hear more testimony from Dr. William Reid, the court-appointed psychiatrist who recorded over 22 hours of his interviews with Aurora movie theater shooting gunman James Holmes before deciding the shooter was legally sane.

Dr. Reid didn't interview him until two years after the shooting? Wouldn't someone be able to better assess his mental state and ability to know right from wrong if it were done more closely to the date of the actual event?

@me lots of theories are out there about this case. one of my favorites is the one that says the guy they arrested isn't the same guy. lol. tons of stuff out there, i bet more and more will appear as we get closer to the end of the trial.

Ann.... in answer to your earlier question: There are usually seats available in the gallery now. Much fewer family members attending etc. Also, there are plenty of seats available in the overflow room. This is based on my attendance last week.
