I have severe social anxiety, and I can say that there is no limit to how bad it can be. There are times that I wish I would disappear, or that everyone else on Earth would disappear and leave my by myself. It's never driven me to violence or impulses of violence, but I can understand how intense the feeling can be. Your whole body gets hot and you tense up, like a dog backed into a corner. Eyes might dilate, pulse would race, body shakes...

I have compassion for anyone who suffers, I think that he suffers from social anxiety, inferiority complex, low self esteem and I think he was bullied most of his life. Still no reason whatsoever to kill innocent people.

JH said he was still pretty uncomfortable with Dr. Reid but he is telling him some very personal details. Interesting since he reports not even ring able to talk to people he is uncomfortable with
