Defense attorneys plan to call their last witnesses of the week and probably show more video to the jurors.

So, now they are talking about personality disorders (which does not make one insane, but does make them mentally ill, i.e., bipolar, borderline personality disorders, narcissistic personality disorder which run together, meaning running one with another) and now autism spectrum, which doesn't mean these people are insane, but certainly mentally ill! Defense is not making much headway in their case to prove insanity, even to any degree that is beyond the shadow of any doubt, in my opinion.

Autism features, does not mean insanity, and the thing that really catches my eye, is that he never really "goes off", JH, that is. He doesn't really have any type of outbursts. This is something I have thought about throughout not only the trial, but also the videos that we watch, he doesn't have autistic type outbursts, he remains composed, and in fact, very stiff, and doesn't really even move much. The video of him sitting in the room after the shooting, where he is looking under the table that was rather bizarre, however, I would think this was simply adrenaline still pumping through his system, after the shooting. That was the most active we have seen him in any circumstance.

@7News: Is there anyway to include a link under the Resources banner that shows us the faces and possible bios of the lawyers? I am not sure that I would recognize any of their faces if I saw them up close, but I think I saw the back of Orman's head walking a basset hound a the dog park yesterday evening....hehe, not really :-)

Fournier had not met the gunman before his job at Merical. Her interactions with him were brief. She had no contact with him since January 2011.

He may be on the spectrum of autism, but more like Aspergers, which is a higher functioning form. This occurred to me a long time ago, having worked with these kids during many years of teaching. I do not see how this affects sanity however.

Dr. Hanlon is expected to testify about Dr. Jeffrey Metzner's sanity evaluation of the gunman.
He may also answer questions about the contents of a notebook that the gunman mailed to CU psychiatrist Lynne Fenton. -

Being anti-social and/or shy does not equate to being autistic of having Asperger's. (eyes rolling)

I have a daughter with Down Syndrome and can see it in other kids and adults, because it has physical markers. Does Asperger or Autism? If not it is speculation.
