Mr. King is wearing a vest which unfortunately doesn't do a thing to improve his credibility. I'm no fan of King mainly because at the most emotional testimonies or viewing of victims, he would always be reading. All of the other DT watched with rapt attention. It impressed me.
Does the fact that a doctor declared JH insane introduce sufficient reasonable doubt in the prosecution's case that JH was sane? I guess what I am asking is, do the jurors have to be 100% certain that JH was sane, in order to find him guilty?
