Brauchler is a poseur [poh-zur; French paw-zœr] Spell Syllables Word Origin noun, plural poseurs [poh-zurz; French paw-zœr] (Show IPA) 1. a person who attempts to impress others by assuming or affecting a manner, degree of elegance, sentiment, etc., other than his or her true one.
This isn't about Brauchler per say, but I think this objection by King and the loss of such, shows how the DT is not nearly as prepared as is the PT. It amazes me that the defense is caught off guard as much as they are with their own witnesses.
I think today has been a waste of time. Again, I think the Mr. Brach. is over-doing it and is showing off...we have got the point..the jury has the point. None of this matters to me and I bet he has lost the jury...move on...the defense has wasted the day and Brach. is NOT making points with the jury..in my opinion...get it over.
There is a lot of discussion today regarding the various tests administered after the shooting. While sanity tests are necessary, his responses at the time of testing is probably much different than if the tests were administered prior to the shooting.
