I think the only thing the defense is really fighting for at this point...to keep him off death row. Everyone must agree that any human being is INSANE to do what this man did...but I do think it will be hard for some people to sentence him to death...that is such a hard.. personal ..thing to do even for some of the family members of those that were killed. This case will set precedent and will probably be cited in future court cases, God help us that those cases will not be mass killings...I can't go to the movies now...
Mr. King is angry that the judge did not side with his objections, and so now he's being overly aggressive in an attempt to 'force' the answers he wants out of the doctor. He's going to fast and acting too desperate with his tone.
Been watching for weeks, first time post,,,,, Anica and the whole Channel 7 team are doing a great job. I follow the blog and for the most part the blog has been interesting & informative, with the occasional light hearted joke to ease the tension of a serious trial. I respect all opinions & comments and appreciate them. (anica, you do a great job as moderator.)
That line of questioning explains why they were asking about the cigs/cigars found in his car the night of the killing... I know that some the other day wondering about that... it has to do with the testing and if it effects it...
Didn't the dr tell Brauchler that JH DID get a score of zero on the puzzle test for going one second over time, then he told King that JH DID NOT get a zero, just a lower score? Or did I hear that wrong?
