Day 53 in the Aurora movie theater shooting trial – People vs. James Eagan Holmes. Today, the penalty phase of the case begins. The jury found Holmes to be legally sane and therefore guilty when he went into the midnight premiere of the Dark Knight Rises in an Aurora, Colorado, movie theater and opened fire on the audience, killing 12 and wounding 70.

@Fascinated Orman was trying NOT to mention the fact that the foreman juror is a Columbine survivor and thats how they could have recognized him. He can't say that in court though because this is televised.

So little progress today. ???? more time spent arguing about the PT presentation than the actual length of the presentation. Reading the jury instructions took longer than the presentation even... And now this Newsweek thing.

channel 7 you don't have to post this, you can if you want...why are you allowing people to post comments attacking me? I thought you don't post comments like that? I'm reading 3 comments right now that you posted. It's not the first time. For a month now people attack me for my opinion and they say something nasty about me. When I try and defend myself you don't post my comments. That seems terribly unfair.
