Judge Samour brings in Juror 378 to see if she is feeling better.
Juror 378 says, "I'm feeling much better," but she still sounds congested. Feels well enough to joke with Judge Samour about the dates, "Don't mess with my head."
Juror 378 will move to a seat that is farther away from the other jurors. "An added benefit, it's also the farthest seat from the lawyers and me," Judge Samour jokes.
The prosecution has some victims who speak Spanish and will testify with interpreters.

The defense is concerned media coverage of the Louisiana theater shooting may make the jurors feel the Aurora theater shooting gunman is to blame.
"There are a lot of differences," said prosecutor Richard Orman, about the theater shootings in Lafayette, Louisiana and Aurora, Colorado.
Judge Samour said he advised jurors to avoid media coverage of any cases similar to the theater shooting Friday morning.
