"I think he loved me very much," Chris Holmes said of her brother.
"Growing up, did you ever think he was mentally ill?" Public Defender Rebekka Higgs asked.
"No. But I didn't know anything about mental illness," Chris Holmes said.
"I still love him," the gunman's sister testifies.
