Juror 1009 says she saw the headline in an email but didn't click the link. It said that there was a shooting in a Louisiana theater that came directly after the verdict was read in the Aurora theater shooting case.

Defense is moving to excuse Juror 673 for violating court order to avoid media coverage.
Juror 673 is the one who reported the other 3 jurors for discussing the tweet that D.A. Brauchler sent during court. At the time, Judge Samour said he felt she was "the most honest of the jurors."
