OKX- I fail to see how a trial attorney doing his job is "setting CO back 100 years". Let us remember that attorney's need to remind the jury of things and prove their case. This is true of both sides

boys and girls, he is arguing his case. He is arguing to seek justice for the victims who cannot do it for themselves because they are dead. He's doing his job, just like any other DA does for any other case they try.

There is nothing wrong in doing something that is considered self-serving. We all do it everyday in one form or another. Some of it is just more public than others. It is self-serving to wear nice clothes instead of rags, so that others think well of you. It is self-serving to do your job well, so that you can make more money. He is doing the job he was hired for, is good at, and will receive accolades on one level or another for.

Sophia, as a speech therapist, I can tell you that Asperger's has signs as early as 2, or 3, even though it may not be diagnosed completely before age 5 or 6, given enough symptoms.

remember that the DT put on their case with the father as they wanted... tons of photos and family vacations -- nothing about the facts that JH acted normally and keeping in touch with his parents - same a usual

I've been reading the comments about the prosecutor, you haven't seen mean or nasty in a prosecutor until you have listened to Juan Martinez who was the prosecutor in the Jodi Arias trial. This is why the defense didn't put Jodi's mother on the stand.

@Tammy Garrison, thank you for the Ausberger's (sp?) note. I would have thought more along those lines, and have thought it during the trial. Some with that (can't spell it) are very high functioning in many areas of life. Sailor has it, but it hasn't stopped his promotions and actually helped, as he is so obsessed with security for the ships.

@happy: Sorry, things moving quick on the comments... The DA has the opportunity to call rebuttal witnesses, but we don't know yet if they've decided to do so... but if they expect this phase to end tomorrow it can't be very much
