I think the most compelling thing she's said so far was to use the names "Bob and Arlene Holmes" --- it kind of brings the human aspect back to this and makes one think of them as parents.

So let's assume he is mentally ill. He is on meds and seems to be in control. He has not once, not even in video, shown remorse for his actions. He can't even get up to say he is sorry to the families of the victims that he killed. Why not? Because he's not sorry.
