So will the judge then start the sentencing for the other crimes, like the day after the jury passes decision? And I had to be out at that dang conference. How long after jury decision before announcing verdict.

Jimmy just MIGHT have gotten ONE juror had he spoken to the jury and shown REMORSE. GB's style didn't appeal to everyone (*although I love him). But to sit emotionless & yet watch videos of his youth, some victims, etc. -shows he isn't sorry in the least, & "but for" his gun not jamming, he would've killed MORE. For you on here defending him, what if YOU went to that movie that nightmarish eve in July??? Think about it. He deserves so much more than a needle. 'Waaay too humane. The recording 911 call of those gunshots...so deep and drum-like fast.."....boom boom boomboom..boom...boomboom"...

I dozed off during Defense closing and now I'm wishing I'd just let it go. Telling the Jury they're not moral people if they vote for death. It never fails at a DP case. I would give him Death and go home and sleep just fine.

Thanks for the DenverChannel App. I, again, watched (well, mostly listened) the closing arguments all the way home on the interstate.

If I ever hear "James Eagan Holmes" again, I'll hurl. It was said at least 5x a day-in the beginning, after breaks all for the record, of course-but... the poor victims families had to hear it endlessly. That's the only thing I'll not miss from judge S. 'Shooter doesn't deserve the recognition. He is now convicted murder-a FACT. Hopefully one who'll also rot on death row...
