Judge Samour admits multiple photos of the crime scene into evidence.
@Sharon: Quite a few, actually. They asked most of the officers who testified today 2-3 questions, mostly for clarification.

Prosecutor is showing APD Det. Ingui photos of the deceased victims.
APD Det. Ingui said he examined all 10 bodies in Theater 9.
- Judge's Order
The prosecution asked Det. Ingui to describe removing the bodies from the theater. The defense objected but it was overruled.
APD Det. Ingui spent 5 days examining the inside of the theater.
APD Det. Ingui: "The scene was being photographed and processed. We were trying to maintain the integrity of the scene."
APD Det. Ingui finished interviews at about 5:45 a.m. and returned to the theater. He had to wait for a warrant - entered Theater 9 at 12:38 p.m.
APD Det. Ingui said people were missing shoes, missing articles of clothing.
APD Det. Ingui says at least 100 people were transported to Gateway High School on RTD buses.
APD Detective Matthew Ingui said there were "hundreds of people in the parking lot" that had to be photographed and interviewed.
APD Det. Ingui: "It was chaos in the parking lot, there were multiple agencies... witnesses, families looking for victims..."
APD Detective Matthew Ingui says he was called at 1:11 a.m. and arrived at 1:50 a.m.

Prosecutor asks APD Officer Sweeney about the gloves. Sweeney says the gunman was wearing them when he first spotted him.
Defense asked APD Officer Sweeney if gunman made any actions other than removing gloves.

APD Officer Sweeney said Officer Grizzle pointed out the the green light he thought was coming from a grassy area. They went to check it out - it turned out to be a laser sight on the handgun on the roof of the car.
APD Officer Jason Sweeney said he got to the theater within about a minute and a half after hearing the first call.
