@divineyaya: In opening statements, attorneys said we would see every page of the notebook. It hasn't happened yet.
@Amy: They had a robot with a camera examine the apartment through the front door, which was cracked open. Later they broke windows, but I'm not sure how they actually entered the apartment.
@ChrIsti: Opening statements were very interesting - prosecutors say 2 state doctors found him sane, defense says he's been treated by about 20 people who all say he's insane. They both tried to spin the notebook he sent in their favor. I'm ready to read that notebook!
FBI Agent Gumbinner testified the launch control boxes in the living room were on, but the remote control to set them off was left in the dining room.
FBI Agent Gumbinner said the gunman left a blow torch on the bathroom floor, but it was not connected to anything. There was nothing hidden in the bedroom, Gumbinner said.
None of the devices in the apartment ever exploded, FBI Agent Gumbinner testified. Investigators were able to disarm or destroy the devices.

FBI Agent Gumbinner said the gunman did not have a passport in his car. In preliminary hearings, other investigators said the gunman had 2 passports in the apartment (which was rigged to explode.)
@Kristle: Can you imagine how tired the officers were?! So many we've heard from were just finishing 8-10 hour shifts when they got called in.
