Prosecution dismisses Anggiat Mora.
Anggiat Mora said when his wife and son were sent to separate hospitals, he went with his wife because she doesn't speak English every well.
Anggiat Mora said he carried his son, Prodeo Patria, close to his mother and started calling family members.
Anggiat Mora said: "Finally I'm out of breath so I set her down in front of the theater. Then my son said, 'Dad, I got shot.'"
Anggiat Mora said it was the first time he had carried his wife and he thought "Why are you so heavy?"
Anggiat Mora said he saw his wife on the ground and she said, "I've been shot."
Anggiat Mora testified: "I'm thinking why is my son going to the guy who is standing up? If we die together... I'm just following them to the left side."
Anggiat Mora testified his son couldn't get out because someone was on his right, the family climbed over the seats to the row behind them and ran to the right.
Anggiat Mora testified that he made the decision to have his family run during a break in the gunfire.
Anggiat Mora said some people were dressed as Catwoman and some were wearing Batman masks.

Shooting survivor Prodeo Patria: "They brought us in a police car to the hospital."
Shooting survivor Prodeo Patria: "My mother was hit both on her left arm and left leg."
Shooting survivor Prodeo Patria shown photos: "The shrapnel entered from my lower left back... about a month after the shooting doctors did surgery to remove the shrapnel."

Witness Prodeo Patria said his mother was drowsy, so they sat down and waited for help.
Witness Prodeo Patria: "I looked back to find my mother was on my father's back with a good amount of blood on her."
Witness Prodeo Patria said he was running out of the theater when he was shot in the lower back.
Witness Prodeo Patria: "The guy in front of me started spazzing and kicked me in the face. I lost my glasses."
Witness Prodeo Patria also said he thought it was a prank until his father told him it was real and dangerous.
Prodeo Patria was at the movie with his father and mother, says his father slept through the previews.
